Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mikky Publication, we are committed to managing all financial matters with transparency and fairness. Please review our refund and cancellation policies outlined below.We are dedicated to handling all financial transactions with transparency and fairness. Manuscript processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover essential editorial and administrative expenses, including plagiarism screening and formatting. Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript must submit a written request. If the withdrawal is made before processing begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Article Processing Charges (APC) Refund Policy

Manuscript processing fees are non-refundable as they cover essential editorial and administrative costs like plagiarism checks and formatting. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances.

Full Refund (100%)

  • If the article is withdrawn before peer review begins.
  • If the journal is unable to proceed with publication.
  • In case of a duplicate payment.

Partial Refund (50%)

  • If the author requests withdrawal during peer review.
  • If the article is rejected after peer review.
  • If the author is unable to complete required revisions.

No Refund

  • After the article has been accepted for publication.
  • For articles that have entered the production process.
  • For any article that has been published.

Important Notice: All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment. Any processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.


Subscription Cancellation Policy

Individual Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled within 30 days for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, prorated refunds may be issued for the remaining period.

Institutional Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days.
  • Multi-year subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds.
  • For enterprise agreements, please contact our sales team.
